Every Friday and Saturday night, Wasabi DI will have live music on our patio featuring a wide array of local musicians.
The entertainment usually kicks off around 6:00pm and won’t stop until 10pm. Like us on facebook to see who is playing each week!
Bob Dylan, with Special Guest Dawes, will be playing live on Saturday, May 4th at the Family Circle Stadium. The gates will open at 6:00PM and the show will start at 7:30PM.

Our doors open at 4:30pm on Saturday. The patio will have live music, featuring Bill Johnson, and will be open all night! There will be a beer tent featuring Goose Island 312 and Goose Island’s Summer Seasonal. Don’t miss out on the GREAT times at Wasabi DI.
Daily Happy Hour:
Happy hour is Monday through Saturday from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Drink specials during happy hour are $3 glasses of house wine, $4 large hot sakes, $2 Kirin Drafts, and $5 select martinis. We also have sushi rolls and appetizers starting at just $3.

A crispy wonton chips with wasabi avocado sauce, diced tomatoes, shallots, jalapenos, big eye tuna, and a cilantro oil drizzled on top

Tempura style calamari, tossed with a five-spiced salt then topped with a spicy kimchi sauce and scallion pesto

Mixed greens , Marinated shiitake mushroom , Shaved sweet

Pad Thai
Delicate rice noodles stir fried in tamarind sauce then cooked with chicken, shrimp, egg, fresh garlic, bean sprouts, scallions, and finished with fresh ground peanuts
Filet Wrapped Asparagus
Grilled asparagus wrapped with filet mignon, spicy teriyaki sauce, and shiitake mashed potatoes
Daniel Island Roll
Spicy shrimp, avocado, seared tuna, niji bell pepper, sweet onion, with a ginger vinaigrette
S.C. Crunch Roll
Crab, tempura flakes, spicy mayo, cream cheese, avocado and shrimp on top
Diablo Roll
Spicy tuna,cucumber,super white tuna and jalapeno with a kimchi sauce

High Tide is a Charleston, SC band made up of Charleston locals.

Bubba Atkinson: Bass
Lead Singer Bubba Bryant, also known for his 5 years on Army Wives, playing Jeremy Sherwood, is now done with the show and looking to expand his acting career and his singing career. He has been playing the bar circuit for over 10 years, settling into High Tide in 2009.
Drummer Jake Wisse can always be found on the waves at the Washout on Folly. He has been studying percussion since an early age. His musical training is extremely diverse, having studied everything from classical keyboard percussion to African drumming.

Wasabi of Daniel Island will not be accepting any reservations on Friday, August 17th or Saturday, August 18th. The restaurant will be on a first come, first serve basis. Our doors will open at 4:30pm on Friday and Saturday. Thank you for understanding and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Sake and Wine Dinner will be a five course dinner showcasing the exquisite culinary skills of Johnny Chan, Wasabi of Daniel Island’s executive chef. Chan is “sparing and effective in his execution, true to the artful simplicity of Japanese cooking” (Deidre Schipani, The Post and Courier). The dinner will also showcase the skills of Chris MacDougal, of Laura Albert’s. The dinner will have two courses paired with sake and three courses that will be paired with wines. Chan and MacDougal will be exhibiting a wide array of asian cuisine throughout the dinner which will be perfect for any palate.
The five course Sake and Wine dinner will be priced at $55 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
